Breakfast
Few things beat a well-made breakfast — and ours are built to impress. From a Prime NY Strip with hollandaise to a flaky Crossaintwich or a Green Chile Smothered Burrito, our morning menu covers every craving without cutting corners. Free-range eggs, house-cured bacon, in-house baked breads, and locally sourced proteins make every plate worth waking up for.
Lunch
When midday hits, we're ready. Our lunch menu runs from house-ground prime burgers and a French Dip on a split baguette to a Hot Lobster Roll, Pork Belly Banh Mi, and a rotating list of daily specials. Pressed sandwiches, hearty salads, and N' Frites round it out — there's always something worth coming back for.
The Bakery
From flaky croissants and crusty sourdough to custom celebration cakes and handcrafted sweets, our bakery is made from scratch daily — no preservatives, no shortcuts. Stop in for fresh-baked breads, cookies, and seasonal treats, or pre-order a custom cake for birthdays, anniversaries, and every occasion worth celebrating (72 hours' notice required).
Beverages
From your first morning sip to your last evening pour, R Kitchen has you covered. Start with our signature R Farmer's Market dark roast — crafted with Vail Mountain Coffee — alongside a fresh-baked pastry. Need to fuel a morning meeting? Pre-order coffee service and breakfast platters.
When the day winds down, stay a little longer. Raise a Butcher's Bloody Mary built with house mix and an antipasto skewer, an Espresso Martini made with Italian espresso, or Dano's Carajillo for something more indulgent. Prefer something without the alcohol? Our mocktails are just as thoughtfully crafted. Our wines are nitrogen-preserved and temperature-controlled for a perfectly fresh pour, and if you fall in love with a bottle, take it home. We also pour curated beers — and yes, we have oysters.
