Much of our meat is sourced from our very own R Farm in Eagle, CO, and our fish is flown in from Japan, supplying world-class sushi-grade options. We partner with trusted local farms and suppliers who share our commitment to quality, all of which are transparently listed on our "Products" page.

  • We are deeply rooted in our community, just like the cows we raise. Born and raised here, our market reflects the culture and beauty of the valley, offering a European-inspired shopping experience with Old World service. We focus on personalized shopping and avoid mass-produced, highly processed products.

  • We are open 7 days a week. The Kitchen is open daily from 7am - 3:30pm and the Market is open daily from 10am - 6pm.

  • The market is family-owned and operated by locals, Riley and Valerie Romanin who are passionate about food and community. Riley, one of the owners, honed his culinary skills through the Pro Start culinary program at Battle Mountain High School and was mentored by Paul Ferzacca of La Tour in Vail.

  • We proudly support local non-profit organizations like 4H, the Avon Police Department, and others. We also partner with small businesses and local artists to foster creativity and connection.
